How to Use Your New Canva Templates

Thank you for your purchase! Follow these simple steps to start customizing your templates in Canva.

Step 1: Open the Canva Template Link

Click the template link included with your purchase. You'll be taken directly to Canva and see a preview of the template collection.

Step 2: Create Your Own Copy -- VERY IMPORTANT

Click on File and then click Make a Copy. Canva will then create a new copy in your account, so you can edit it without affecting the original template. This is important! Otherwise, you’ll be editing the original design.

Step 3: Customize the Templates

Make the templates your own by updating:

• Photos, business name, logo, brand colors, fonts, pricing, dates, session details, special promotions, or contact information.

Simply click on any text box or image to edit it.

Step 4: Upload Your Photos

To replace the sample images:

1. Click Uploads in the left sidebar.
2. Select Upload Files.
3. Upload your own photos.
4. Drag and drop your images into the photo frames.

Step 5: Download Your Designs

Once you've finished customizing:

1. Click Share in the top right corner.
2. Select Download.
3. Choose your preferred file type:
   • PNG (recommended for social media)
   • JPG
   • PDF Standard
   • PDF Print
4. Click Download.

Step 6: Start Promoting Your Sessions

Use your templates across:

Canva Requirements

A free Canva account is all you need to use these templates. Some elements may require Canva Pro if you choose to replace design elements with Pro-only graphics, photos, or fonts.

These templates were created using Canva Pro. If you're using a free Canva account, Canva may charge for certain Pro elements, photos, or graphics. You can replace or remove any Pro elements with free alternatives, or use Canva Pro to access all features included in the designs.
